The subcontractor they use to do there paving or any other work for them, never finished my paving and ran away with my money and the rest of my material. I had to find another contractor to finish off my paving.

Good Day, I trust you are well. Can I please correct the above review as A and S Companies had a project to build a shaded carport for the client. We contacted a subcontractor to complete the job as we are a company that empowers smaller entities. The client had paving work that he did not disclose to us and decided to strike a deal with the subcontractor directly. We were unaware of any money that was paid as our sole contact with the client was to complete the carport only. During the course of the project the subcontractor had some issues that he was unable to disclose to ourselves, which then in turn required us to source another subcontractor at our expense as we wanted to ensure that the project was completed on our side. We also attempted to assist the client in getting his money from the subcontractor to no avail unfortunately. With this in mind we offered the client a discount on our project which was already at a loss due to the first subcontractor that was unable to complete the project. The client admitted that it was his fault to not consult with us about the paving job as we are a company that is built on ethics and honesty , so we would have ensured that the job was completed.
