I have already had the plumbing and electrical points done and I have decided where I want the different appliances to go. All I now need is for cabinets to be installed, a built in stove and hob installed, and a dish washer and washing machine installed.

Extending passage wall out by app. m. ( That will go into bathroom, study, and kitchen space which are next to each other in the passage. We will then have to in turn. extend the outer walls of these rooms by a meter or so to restore size. On the opposite side of the passage are 3 bedrooms. I would also like to extend the outer wall of these bedrooms outward by a meter to extend the bedrooms. These bedrooms’ outer wall is about 3,5 meters long each.
Hi there I am in the process of purchasing a home. It currently has a flat sheeting roof which has started to leak. I would like to find out (more or less) what the cost would be per square meter, to convert to Harvey tiles or a tiled roof. The extension will be double story, m² more or less in total. Upstairs about 49m² and down stairs about 49m² with a stoep and balcony. We want to break down a wall in our current lounge and extend it to make a new lounge (old lounge will become dining area) This will be downstairs and will lead onto a stoep. Upstairs would include a main bedroom, bathroom and small study and balcony. Stairs would run from the new lounge area upwards. I will be getting architectural drawings done in February, we will send them to you once we have them for a more accurate quote but would appreciate a good estimate of the cost in the mean time so I can also look into getting financing from the bank. I previously utilised a different architect to draw up and submit the plans and I've already paid scrutiny fees, but this architect is very unprofessional and unreliable as I always have to run after him and he never respond and he has no answer. We require a new manual change over switch installed at/near the db board. New external water proof plug point installed on the outside wall for the standby generator. Replacement of 1 x day/night sensor operating 2 x LED exterior lights. Replace 1 x "jam jar" light fitting. Remove "illegal" cable installtion to exterior plug point and run new T&E cable from exterior plug point to DB board, through newly installed conduit housed in wall.
