We are a logistics company that just purchased a warehouse and we are looking to turn this warehouse into a truck yard. There is some areas and paving on the premises that needs to be patched up and we also need some removal of rubble and need to just clean the place up a bit. This is a bit urgent as we have a client coming to the site on Thursday and we need this to be done before then.

I would like to remove the bath and install a walk in show. Replace basin and toilet and retile the floor and walls. Install a vanity and towel rail.
