Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
Two storey house with 3 bedrooms of 3x3 sqm each and full bathroom on the top floor. Kitchen, dinning room, lounge and toilet on ground floor. I would also like to build 3 backrooms of 3x7 meters each and a boundary wall around the house. Please let me know what you will quote for all these services.

I need a house building plan
I need a quote on the extension of vibrate wall and extension of the back of the house. My plot is fairly small. The outside wall of the house extends to vibrate wall. The one-room to add walk-in cupboard & the space left to put in build in braai.It must still be in separate space. Let me know if you can assist at least with an extension on the house plan.
