Our roof has been leaking for the past 11 years. The insurance has fixed it, we have tried fixing it and it is still leaking. We will need to replace the roof completely. We will need some advice with regards to what material to use for the roof. We are planning on getting solar panels installed in future so the roofing material used need to be able to hold solar panels.

We are school which has over learners. Our electricity bill during winter is over R25 . We have photocopying machines and printers that are running everyday at our admin block. We want to start the installation at the admin block first before we can expand and put the whole school. The admin block must always function. It has: 1. It has photocopying machines that are alternated depending on the demand for papers (two machines work during the examination season) 2. Five heaters 3. Two bar fridges 4. One microwave 5. 11 rooms for lights including the corridors 6. An alarm system.

Our roof is leaking, we need someone to inspect the interior of our roof and wall cavities, via the trapdoors and seal any problem areas. We also need someone to get onto the primary roof of our double story home to inspect the exterior of the corrugated roofing and gutters to seal any problem areas (not the whole roof just a specific area connecting with our kitchen). Long ladders will be required as the primary roof is quite high (see example attached). There is a small connecting kitchen roof where someone can get easier access to the rest of the roof. I do have specifics I can share to make the job go more efficiently. Just give me a reasonable quote for the inspection.
The house was built a few years ago, the roof is currently a metal sheeting but I’d like to replace it now since there’s a lot of leaks or if possible patch up those leaks because I also want to put in a sealing board asap…I’d like to replace it with either tiles or the metal sheeting again, or just fix up the current metal sheeting depending on what’s cheaper
What would the estimated full installation costs be for a stand-by PV system versus a single large generator for an old-age complex of say 80 homes (ranging from single to 3 bedrooms). Most of them are in clusters of 4 adjoining homes. In addition, there is a Care Centre of 10 units plus a separate office for 2 staff members. We live in Hayfields, Pietermaritzburg. We currently have a tiled terrace, underneath is a room. Every year we have to seal the ceiling in this room as humidity comes through the grouting as it gets more and more brittle. We look now for a long term solution. So we would like to remove the tiles and put concrete on (either by you or by our handyman) and then waterproof it, then we would like to put decking on. There is as well the area around the pool (also with tiles) which should be waterproofed (it is next to the terrace). We would like you to give us a quote on that please as soon as possible. I am currently in the UK but available on Whatsapp, Whatsapp call and email. Persistent leak when it rains, under certain conditions. Many people have tried to fix it and failed. The source of the rain leak has not been found. Water is running along the plastic sheet under the tiles, and then drips down through a hole where the chimney/flu is. The source is NOT the chimney seal on the top of the roof.
