Want to build a double garage next to existing house (attached)with a flat parrapit roof withIBR sheeting.At back of garage a 3x6 kitchen which will lead from existing house lounge. Garage 6x6 and kitchen 3x6 so total area 54 square meters. I have more than enough plot area so not going over building boundaries etc.
