What kind of permissions do I need for my electric fence, and where to get them?
Electrical fences are dangerous, so you need to obtain permission before installing them. What are they? Where do you get them?
Ek woon in Pretoria maar my Ma is op Vryburg en ek wil net graag ‘n kwotasie kry om ‘n plaashuis te omhein met ‘n elektriese heining. Ek gaan poog om die besonderhede vir jou deur te gee. Die heining hoef niks fancy te wees nie, dit moet werk maar kan van ysterpale ens. gemaak word. Die totale lengte is meter met 2 x hekke waarvan een ‘n groot hek moet wees om deur te kan ry met ‘n voertuie en die ander ‘n klein hekkie vir ‘n mens om deur te stap. Die hoogte moet hoer as 1.8 meter wees. Die plaas is ongeveer 20km uit die dorp op die Beesdampad. Die kwotasie moet alle materiaal insluitend die energizer en oprigting insluit.

I would like to discuss it with your representative as I want it all around my garden.Its a large property and I need this for protection. I'm a Trustee for our Body Corporate and our AGM will be held soon, before the end of July. I only wish to have a suitable quote to present at the AGM. My thoughts are to have a surveillance pole that covers Summer Place and Glendale remote gates and also cover the front wall, facing Topham road. This would be - 52 / 54 Topham road. Another thought - only surveillance coverage for certain hours? Possibly eg. daily from 10 pm to 4 am. This is just a thought and your input would be much appreciated. With all the overall high price increases - we can only afford to pay what is really necessary for certain hours - although I do realise that the daytime is just as bad. A separate thought:- Our 2 complexes are situated just across from Girls High School - their back entrance/exit into Topham road. Possibly a surveillance pole that would cover the back entrance/exit of the school as well? These separate quotes can be submitted at our AGM and we could then enquire as well if the School would be interested - should the quotes be very reasonable. With thanks,

I need a fence installed on three sides of the property, and the measurements are as follows. Left 49.21m (Maputo str) with 1 pedestrian gate. Right 80.1m (Zambia str) with 1 x pedestrian and 1 x one way car gate on right. Front 43.2m (Angola str) with 1 pedestrian and 2 way traffic car gate in front.
