Key design features include: - Single story, between and sqm, 3 bedrooms with a double garage. - 35 degree Croma deck roofing. - Off-grid infrastructure with % solar power, Eskom power as back-up. - Underground grey water tank (Showers, basins excluding kitchen and washing machine water outlet). - French drain self managed sewer system, given that the estate does not accommodate for municipal sewage infrastructure. We have a proposed layout in mind with basic floor sketches available, which should make the architecture design phase of this initiative reasonably quick and easy.
