I work for a logistics company called in Mkondeni, and we’re having an issue with the turnstile in our factory. It turns just fine when entering the factory but gets stuck halfway when attempting to exit. It unlocks with a facial recognition device, but that doesn’t seem to be the issue. Someone did come to have a look at the turnstile earlier this month and said that the gears are broken, but when one of our guys had a look, he said that the gears are all good, so I’m not exactly sure how to move forward, and I was wondering if you are able to assist.

For the barn homes, I am flexible with materials and open to using more cost-effective options, with the possibility of incorporating brickwork that can be left exposed.

I’m looking to purchase a plot and I wanted a quote on how much it will cost to build 7 two story duplexes(two bedroom ,1 bathroom ,a lounge and kitchen I would like a double layor of clay brick wall (face brick) with the following measurements: Height: 6m Length: 7m Width :4m Please ignore walls inside that seperates two rooms and toilet and ignore stairs . Require construction of a bedroom with ensuite bath (shower, basin and toilet), small sitting area (living room) and balcony. Building to be done on floor above existing building, so above ground floor. Existing building contains an attic pre-built, so the living area to be built can include (be part of) the already completed attic. We're looking at adding 50 sq m.
