I need an additional room of about 25 -30square metres either attached to the house or to the garage which is built separately from the house. I am considering the space next tovthe garage where the swing is or in front of the house. See attached photos. 1. Convert existing open pation into extension fo the living area - full build foundation to roof and remove the existing sliding doors to connect to current living room. 2. Connect stand-alone garage to house via addition of a passage and breaking through garage side will and extending living area 1m outward to create a connecting passage. I'm thinking of buying a property that needs a kitchen upgrade. Currently, there is a sink installed, but that's about it, so there is no need to bash anything down or do any demo. What i want installed is, cupboards and counters along the far wall, modern sink in the centre. and plumbing for a dishwasher. To the right, against the wall, i would like a full height pantry cupboard. (pantry cupboard) and a washer dryer cupboard (stacked) as well as sppace for the fridge and maybe microwave. In from of this space , I would like a large island, with a gas cooker and oven in the centre. i really like the brick arch as a feature but am oppen to closing it up in order to get more cupboards in. I want clean lines, im thinking post form counter tops and wrap cupboards. I mostly just need cupboard and plumbing installation more than a full renovation.
Want to convert a single garage into a granny flat. Upstairs ensuite shower and toilet with build in cupboards and balcony. Downstairs open plan kitchen with build in cupboards and also sl lounge . Laundry area somewhere in the small area. Maybe small storage as well. Not readu financially but just need a quote
We would like to convert the 6m x 3m porch next to our main bedroom into a room. One of the 6m walls is already existing, has a double door and will serve as the access way as it is the wall between the porch and the main bedroom. The outer 6m wall needs to be enclosed and windows would need to be installed along its length. The remaining two 3m side walls need to be enclosed as well, but will have no windows. The house has a thatch roof that would need to be changed/extended as it only overhangs the main bedroom and not the porch. I have attached a photo of the porch taken from the outside.
