An old but firm structure in need of the following repairs: 1. Minor problems with roof tiling leaking. 2. Ceiling to be removed and replaced. 3. Walls in side and outside to be repainted 4. Some inside walls are with cracks 5. One toilet is not having powerful water to flush everything every time. 6. Floor ceramic tiles are cracking.
4 Bedroom house, with a great room and a huge kitchen with an island. 1 story house with High ceilings and on a high platform. 3 bathrooms with 1 bathroom in the master bedroom and another bathroom in one of the bedrooms, and a communal bathroom for the house guests. 2 car garage. Would like to add a dining area(4x2) and a 3rd bedroom(3x4) with a carport of about 4x5.5m. The carport to have garage door as an entrance. We have a back door in the kitchen, so would like to add the extension on from the kitchen. Please see attached rough idea of what I would like, no plans as yet.

I need a boundary wall 10ft high (3m) for m. I assume it will have to be double wall for that height. Not sure of pillars, please advise. It's a semi face brick, no plaster. Brick price is about R4- R4,50 per brick, delivered. Also need quote on foundation, also please advise suze etc to see if possible. Please quote incl material and incl bricks. Need to extend my house and make some modifications to the main bedroom (i.e., add a closet and remove the current one’s location. In terms of the extension I would like to add an extra guest bedroom upstairs and another one downstairs, extend the staff quarters (make it slightly bigger and add a built-in cupboard. Also add a wine/whiskey cellar (small), and add a small office either upstairs or downstairs.

The warehouse, farm, and security guards are all our property. We need you to provide two construction services. First, we need to build a protective earth embankment 3m outside the warehouse. The specific earth pile design drawings are attached; Second, the floor inside the warehouse is a flat cement floor. We need you to paint with anti-static and anti-slip glue (Electrostatic Discharge paint).
