We are moving into our new property in Rondebosch East over the next few weeks and there is a back part of the home that I need some advice on. The back part of the home has metal sheeting and I would like to extend that area roofing over the open area as well to create some privacy. Need someone reputable who will be able to give the best advice.
How much would these services cost : - Scraping down, prepping and damp proofing (per square metre) - Paint whole building - 2 coats - Repaint logo of the business - providing own accessibility to higher parts of the building ( such as ladders, scaffolding, etc) - Prime entire area and reseal with Alcoflex or equivalent - I have attached an image specifying other things that I want to be done ( leave out services that you do not do ). - The building is approximately 80sqm total size
We require an update to a previously approved plan (attached m). The plans are no longer to our taste and the extensions are larger than we currently require. The intention is to more effectively create useful spaces on a smaller footprint and creating a better integration with the limited yard space and to reduce the amount of space available for parking.

I am currently in the North West but the property for the solar is located in Krugersdorp. We have a current solar system that is old and only runs the main house on the farm. We have 4 self catering accommodation units that also need to be added as well as the generator integration. We have 3 phase on the farm. I also want to look at options for our water pump on the farm as well as a heating system of sorts for our 3 swimming pools at the lodge.
Constant weed growth, barely any healthy grass growth. We not expecting the best of the best grass but decent installation/ planting, neatening up and thereafter a constant weekly / monthly maintenance services from your company. The worst section is the lawn infront of our house just over our boundary wall on both sides. My sqm may be less than . I'm unsure. But a quote will be sufficient. I have two issues I need resolved. First I received a notification from SARS saying that I have an outstanding amount to pay to them and I have no idea what that is about or if I must pay it.
