Whether your firm is able to assist with filing and completing a divorce under South African law. 2. What documents or information you would require from me to begin the process. 3. Whether my physical presence in South Africa is necessary, or if the divorce can be processed remotely. 4. Any additional procedures required because of the international jurisdictions involved (South Africa, Egypt, UAE, and China). 5. What the estimated timelines would be for both uncontested and contested divorce proceedings. 6. What the expected legal costs and fee structure are for handling a matter such as mine, including any additional charges related to international processing.

I am purchasing a property and the property currently has a tenant. The offer to purchase did not stipulate that there is a tenant on the property and I have requested the following from the estate agent and the transfer attorney Is there any particular reason why the transfer attorney and the agents are unwilling to draft an addendum which clearly rectifies clause10 (1) & (2) in the Offer to purchase ? Drafting this addendum would make me feel more comfortable to proceed. I am willing to make the payment and sign the transfer documents once the addendum is signed by Sellers and Buyers. The addendum should address the following: (1) Rectify the above-mentioned clause 10 (1) and (2) which previously erroneously gave an indication that there is no tenants in the property. (2)A special condition should be added stating the following.... The seller will ensure that the tenant vacated prior to transfer. The Conveyancer cannot allow transfer to take place unless he receives written confirmation from the Purchaser or Property Practitioner that the tenant has vacated" I still have not received any feedback from the attorney.

We have signed the Sale agreement for an auctined property of a late person without the letter of executorship. The sale agreement does not state that the house is for a deceased person and also they does provide us with a letter of executorship. The bank has approve the bond so we dont want to proceeds with transaction without that letter. So they are delaying us and the OTP is valid for 30 days. They want the OTPbto expire so that they can not refund us. When we do investigations this house was sold before on the8 october , they claim that the buyer defaulted. Now it was advertised with a different address by a different agent but that agent was there when we bid. The sale agreement is not valid and the missing Letter of Exedutorship. We want assistance to get our money back.
I have received two emails from an owner in the same sectional title scheme which are intimidating, threatening and arguably sent on the premise of inciting political hatred. The second email send after I had asked him not to contact me again depicted a picture with the burning of Englands National Flag. I have all the offending emails to hand as evidence. What I would like to do is issue an attorney’s letter to the individual concerned, warning him that future contact with me would be against the law. We started off the divorce process as a DIY, it is uncontested and very straight forward but there are 3 minor children. The family advocate rejected our application, stating it was not in the best interest of the children but we are happy to change it to whatever it needs to be to get it finalized. Everything else has already been done including serving of the documents by the sheriff. We need a lawyer to hopefully take this from here to completion.
I am in a Section process that appears unlawful. The company refuses to give any of the financial documents required for meaningful consultation. When I asked for disclosure the consultation ended immediately. I was then called into another meeting without their legal representative. The CEO gave verbal figures only and said he will not put anything in writing. He also told me the will not apply to myself or my husband but it will proceed against others and that we should not make waves. Many staff were retrenched in 1 day and salary cuts were implemented without any supporting documents. A process that should run for weeks was pushed through in two days. I have been sending emails to request documents and confirm each meeting but the company has provided zero paperwork. There are ongoing salary delays and stock shortages. The business has brought in around forty million rand this year which raises serious questions about the claimed financial distress. I need urgent legal assistance
