I paid Chris Paulsen from Capstone Design, R9000. I last spoke with Chris in October and he has disappeared since and is not answering my calls. He said he submitted the plans but then he started making excuses talking about the municipality is closed which is when I got suspicious and when I went there myself they told me that no plans have been submitted. I also checked on the CIPC database and it showed that his company is no longer registered.
