The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) publishes "standard rates" based on a price per square meter when using a building cost of R12 500 per m².
There's an extension from the actual plan and everything has been done ,like painting of the extension we only need to get a pass at the municipality

HI I'd like to add a 4 car garage to my property (2 wide x 2 deep) with space for work benches (+/- 9 x 12.5) single pitch roof only garage doors. Will be ideally built on building line (no neighbors on the portion open veld) Add on to my kitchen and add ensuite bathroom to main bedroom & add afdak area for cars when guests visit.
3 bedroom 1 of which will have an en suite , entertainment area .
