Hi there, we have launched a new lunch initiative at our company where we supply lunch to our employees every Wednesday. We are ideally looking to use the same supplier every week at a good price (+-R2k per week). We are roughly 50 people but it is more likely to be around 30 people or less who attend and share the food. I've been struggling to get my pension fund money transfered to my new employer for almost 18 months now. Multiple emails have been sent to all parties. Every time there seems to be a reason /excuse why it's not don't yet. They throw the "blame game" to and fro to each other. Since it's not allowed to paid out according to new SA law, it must be transfered to my new employer. I was thinking that a letter from a lawyer should get things on the roll perhaps? I've also asked what the amount was when service has ended and has there been interest while lying with with the company for so long? Also, my time and discomfort was and is a traumatic experience, since it was/is there job to see that the funds have/had been transfered. I have completed the necessary forms multiple times, but no feedback as to yet. I can provide all emails and communications between myself, my precious employer, current employer and pension fund holders. Are they avoiding the transfer for "fraud" reasons and think I would give up for them to keep the money? That's the idea I'm getting anyway. Any help and assistance would be appreciated please. I am looking for a photographer for a matric farewell photoshoot that will take place outdoors on a farm. The shoot will involve three matric farewell couples, each wanting their own individual couple photos, as well as family photos throughout the session. We expect the photoshoot to last approximately 3 to 3.5 hours and will be using several locations on the farm. The locations are close to one another, so travel between them will be minimal. We are looking for a photographer who is flexible and comfortable capturing a variety of images, including wide-angle shots, close-up portraits, candid moments, family photographs, and creative matric farewell poses. We would like a good mix of natural and posed photographs. There is also a possibility that some photographs may include wildlife, such as deer or other non-dangerous animals on the property. We are still finalizing these details, but would prefer a photographer who is comfortable working in that type of environment. As each couple will be paying separately, it would be helpful to know whether individual pricing can be arranged. Please also provide information regarding your packages, the number of edited photos included, travel fees (if applicable), and the estimated turnaround time for the final photographs.
My husband attempted to murder me last year, he served several weeks in sun city prison and is now out on bail. This has been going on since last year, his lawyer is playing delay tactics by forgetting this or that documents. Now the final trial is on the 24th of June and i have been approached by his lawyer for a settlement agreement. I need some help deciding if this is a good choice to make cuz i am leaning towards this choice but i still want him to service some prison time. Like a reduced sentence of 6 months to a year. Can this work?

I would like to know what steps can be taken if a estate is being sold but its nearly four years and the lawyers handling it does not update you with any news or whatsoever...what is it that I can do as I'm the mother of the youngest child ..his father passed away and the house was being sold..up to date nothing else has been discussed.
