Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
A 2 story house with above ground “basement” of garages. So it’s elevated to look like 3 levels.

4 berdoom house, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, kitchen,dining and sitting room open plan. office space and double garage
I would like to add on an outer room for domestic with bathroom, move my guest bathroom in the house. Extend my garage forward and use the additional space for a room, add an additional room with loft upstairs, change the front of the house.
I would like to have my home designed with the following features. - 4 Bedrooms upstairs which ill include a private lounge all 4 of these bedrooms will have an en suite. - Downstairs will be an open plan lounge , kitchen , dinning room as well as a scullery room . -My garage should be a double garage with one door.
