I have a very old geyser, which I’d now tripping the electricity. Probably need a replacement but was hoping for a water heater that’s not as expensive as replacing an electric geyser. Any suggestions and I need the cost of doing anything please? I need hot water in my bathroom and also in my kitchen. Bathroom has a bath and a shower.
Indeed to build a second story patio, loft style and then put a flat concrete roof that has an extension front the patio to the house roof with stairs inside patio and balustrade safety because a very energetic toddler. And the concrete roof must be strong enough to hold a pool and some outdoor lounger area and outdoo kitchen and garden with lots of palm trees and other plants. Keeping in mind that in the so so far future I would like to add my bedroom in that space or other bedrooms since I will making an open plan on the main house open plan kitchen taking down one of the small bedrooms to make way for a dining table and another bedroom I will open to make my main bedroom en-suite and walk in closet. The bathroom will be merged into one (the main house bathroom) and an additional powder room upstairs with a double shower, double basin and 2 toilets…. And downstairs on the kitchen side I want an outdoor toilet with basin and shower but shower must be separate but co-joining and must be locked as it will be a guest shower.
I would like to request a quote for plumbing work to fix the cold and hot water tap on a bathroom basin that has been closed off at the base. The work would involve: >Fixing the cold and hot water water tap at the base of the bathroom basin >Replacing the taps on the basin with new ones Please provide an estimate for the cost of this work, including any parts or materials that may be needed. I've bought new taps already. Thank you for your time and consideration
The site is located in Verulam, Hillcrest Drive. We have already commenced with construction, we require assistance with finishing off the structure (walls & roofing), plastering, electrical installations and water & sanitation systems (plumbing) installations. Our property development vision is based on constructing 20 apartments on the site. We have already started with 2 units, they are an incomplete structure and we need a quotation on finishing off the project please. Each unit is 6m x 3m. We are looking at extending to 6m x 4m or 5m and a veranda of 1,5m.
I am looking to add an additional bedroom inside the apartment in order to divide 1 big bedroom into 2. There after I would like to update the bathroom including, new toilet, tiling, bathtub, shower and vanity cabinet. If possible add an additional bathroom as the existing one us very big and can be divided into 2.
The project will require professional advisement on feasibility and viability, requirements include: 1. Upgrading flatlet with cupboards (moving existing ones from house) and kitchen refurbishing (new washup with existing stove to be installed). 2. Installation of new curtain rails and painting of living room (following cupboard moving at 1.) 3. Main bed new tiling and en-suite bathroom renovation. 4. Second bathroom renovation. 5. Grass lapa potential refurbishment /OR replacement with new patio roof. Please note that number 1. & 2. are seen as priority items for immediate action; point 3. and 4. are for near future considerations based on quotes; with point 5 only based on quotation for future works. Thank you in advance,
Hello, we would like to get a quote for COC's to be issued at our shopping center. There are over 60 DBs and sub DBs that need to be inspected and then work done to make them compliant. Do you charge an inspection fee, and if so, what is the cost? We have 3 phase and single phase. We are located at 16 Viljoen Street, Lorentzville, Johannesburg. Thanks. PJ Henning, .
