Hello. I have just bought a home in Riebeek West and was told that there are no problems with the roof. Unfortunately it is leaking and when looking at the ceiling it looks like it has been happening for a long time. They used the following: Paint Crack filler Damp shield The owners were not happy with the texture of the patch up work and I want a quote to try and smooth out the texture and get it as close to the original paint as possible.

Our neighbours built raised their wall and the winter rain was falling on our roof.
