Good Day, I am looking at starting the process of my home renovations. It is a single storey Home and I would like to extend the rooms downstairs and then also make it a double storey. We have purchased a house within a security complex. The complex has electrified fencing all the way around it, and has 24/7 access control. Upon our moving in we will further install additional security feautures - re: Alarm, outside beams, sensors, cctv. We require a quote from a local security company to provide monitoring and armed response services. We would also like to know if there are discounts provided, considering the existing stringent security measures and the additional measures that will be installed. Good day, I am in the process of purchasing a house (which is still a construction site) and need a quote to finish the roofing system, beam filling, skylights and waterproofing. The house has a butterfly roof design with a boxed gutter running through it. The roof covering most of the house is on, but the part that is on requires beam filling. I also require new roofs over the servants quarters, playroom, entrance hall and lounge area . The building also has concrete slabs and a boxed gutter system which requires waterproofing. There are also skylights which will need to be put in. I have attached the plans of the property to assist you with the calculations.
1. Build a wall in the back yard from cement blocks 6m x 2m. 2. Fill the gravel place with concrete in the back yard near the wall above. 3. Break down room wall 1 with measurements 0.6m x 3m. 4. Break down room wall 2 with measurements 0.6m x 3m. 5. Replace ceiling in a small area. 6. Add polystyrene cornices to all areas of the house. 7. Break down pillar in deck area with measurements 1m x 0.5m
I need to modernize the house. It is currently a 3 bedroom house. Would like to convert the front bedroom into a dining room, break down about 2walls to have a much more open spaced(lounge,dining room and kitchen) Also need 1 more bedroom to be build and the entire bathroom to be converted in something spectacular. also needs garage and boundary walls to be replaced. all windows will be replaced by aluminum windows together with front door.
I have a tiled deck which has developed small cracks. It was built 25 years ago using a tourched on system with a slip sheet and tiled with non glazed vitreous tiles over. What I would like is to leave the tiles in place and waterproof with a Derbigum system and then place artificial grass over the entire deck of 60 M 2 Many thanks, Ronald Rosenberg.
We built our own house about 5 years ago but never finished the entrance/upstairs living area in terms of design and finishes. It has basically remained an open unfinished space since we moved in. We are now at the point whereby we would like to make use of the area but due to shape/size we are at a bit of a loss at how best to utilize the space. Hence the reason I am contacting you. Ideally I would like somebody to come in and construct some suggestions for review before proceeding to complete finish of project ranging from painting and wallpapering to installation of furnishings such as rugs, sofas, plants etc.
