Hi there I am in the process of purchasing a home. It currently has a flat sheeting roof which has started to leak. I would like to find out (more or less) what the cost would be per square meter, to convert to Harvey tiles or a tiled roof. Hi there, I have a property at Ferndale Brackenfell that has a tenant and I need a reliable handyman services that I can use. I currently need a sliding door fixed, wooden front door replaced, leaking tap, checking if the bathroom mixture in the shower needs a change, later on to change fascia boards, pressure clean the roof tiles/ carport and gutters if you work with those. Then anything other issue that might arise and check if there's a need to change the bathroom mixer. Do you perhaps work with swimming pools?

Dear RV Smith. My name is . My roof was Very flat. You advised that it does not need corrugated iron instead you put that stuff made from tarr. Ido not know whether you call it dempkos or dampproof or what. The problem I have is that this roof produces substance that makes water from the rain brown and I have water tank to trap rain water and reduce municipal water bill. I therefore request from you what paint can I use to prevent that black tarr liquid from coming out. I do not need reroofing that is what you did.
Not sure of the size of the area. Still need to measure or you can come out and measure as well. This is for outside of the house. I want to install a type of wooden planks or flooring - something durable and weather resistant. I do not want paving blocks so I need to know if there is a type of wooden or laminate that can work for an outside area.
