Let's go over the steps you can take to prepare your home for a painting project
Our garden is a bit untidy and our grass is a mess. I need the grass brought back to life and the garden cleaned and shaped properly before I can start adding more plants. There are 6 plant boxes that my dad built and that soil needs to be redone. We also have a tree that I need cut down to size. The garden is not huge but does require some attention.
My boss has a farm house in Magaliesberg just off the R (Koster Road). He is looking for a quote on an epoxy resin floor, its two small jobs. Job 1) sloping shower floor (is it possible to do a slopping floor?) about 3 sqm; Job 2) a flat bathroom floor about 4-5 sqm. Once we have price we can discuss colour options but it will be a standard neutral colour. I just want a good cleanup and it must be monthly.Small garden area less than 50sm. I also want clearing/weeds growing between paving, there must be no lawns but small area outside the pavement between fence and street where weeds grow. NS> I have marked 50- but the actual garden is at the back of the property and is smaller than 50sm. Thank you Ivan
Hello! Area above two bathrooms allows water to enter next to the wall. Flat roof with gutters on it. Main roof were fix 3+ years ago but this 5m stretch starting to create problems. <10 m2 urgently; maybe need update bigger area as well. Don't think this job is very big as a start and will take max a few hours. Thanks!
Remove plastic roof sheets Replace with sink roof sheets either 3m or 3.6 m in length I will buy the material and that will include the sink sheets as well as: 2 x 5 Ltr Cemiflex, 2 x Rolss of mm x 10m membrane, 1 Bag of Portland cement, I therefore require a quote for labour to do this job Thanks

It is an apartment block. The block consists of ten apartments. 5 one bed and 5 bachelor. I need the whole block painted in plascon micatex including trim. Please give me an idea of costs per Sqm (if that’s how you calculate it). This would be for a proper Pre,p, fill, and paint of all exterior surfaces and trim (wi Dow’s, eaves, gutters). There are two flats on ground, four on. Idle level and four at the next level. Please give me a vague idea of price on this info. If you would like more info please email me rather than call.

Square meterage is around 90 and the ceilings are at 2.7m. The walls are in pretty good condition but will need a little filler for old holes. There is 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and a entrance hall. We'd like all ceilings painted, doors and door frames painted. There's 5 doors.
