Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
Farm is situated 7 km from CBD .This is based on the Borders of the woodlands and Bloemspa . Need assistance with the preplanning . 40 hector farm. want to turn it into Eco estate. Have 35 cottages in mind.
