Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa in 2025?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
Roof has borers.Single beam, exposed timber roof. Need to replace roof. Inside the house I want to increase the size of the kitchen by 1 m in length. Want to change the sunken garage into the dining room? Outside the house Extend back of the house about 8 m in length by width 1 m... Then extend one side of the house by 1m and the length of that side is 12 m. Extend the front of the house by 3 m... the length of the front is about 8 m. Thank you. God bless. We change our garage into a flat and build a separate extra bedroom and move the garage to the other side of the yard and now we need them on our house plan. So everything is done we just need someone to draw the plan and give it in for approval
