Small apartment, mainly: 3 office chairs + 2 sitting chairs and one large laying chair, kitchen fridge, mini oven, washing machine, gas cylinder and small gas stove double bed and two trestle tables and 3 small side tables. Couple of suitcases of things we will pack and some kitchen appliances that we'll put back into the packaging and 3 easy to fold carpets too. We have purchased a house in Century City and would like to have it painted inside before we move in at the end of October. We will need the walls, Ceiling, skirtings and doors painted. Ceiling and skirtings should be white. Doors Grey and walls off-white/grey. We need to still choose the paint colours . We require a quote from a reputable painter for this job.

Then there are 40 to 45 cardboard boxes of household items, clothing etc. The total volume of these will be less than 3 cubic meters.

Windows to specifications. Lights and fittings to specifications. No baths for the 4 bathrooms only showers.
KITCHEN: water inlets put in for a washing machine and dishwasher and the electrical plug point for them, kitchen walls painted correctly, curtain rail put up above window. BATHROOM: most crucial is painting**, then - put up a curtain rail above the window, (potentially bathroom redone - new toilet, bath and sink). GENERAL: light bulbs replaced in 3 rooms (2 LED bulbs per room), floors need replacing throughout apartment - tiles - but we would like advice (55 sqm apartment).
