A small block of flats needs help maintaining the 10 single-car wooden garage doors, including 1 that was recently installed & painted, and 1 that was recently installed but not yet painted. Here is the work that needs to be done: A) 8 older garages - Exteriors need to be sanded, primed (2 layers), and painted white (2 layers). Interiors need to be oiled (silkwood/linseed). B) 1 brand new, unpainted garage - Exterior needs to be primed (2 layers), and painted white (2 layers). Interior doesn't need oiling (was just done). C) 1 recently painted garage - Exterior needs 1 layer paint (to match other whites), but no sanding/priming needed. Interior needs to be oiled (silkwood oil provided by owner).
