I was not happy with him and I would not recommend him to anyone. He does not call a client and give any update/feedback, he just keeps quiet. He must just retire!
This was a very impatient and demanding client - they changed the original brief a few times. 50+ emails and 40+ Whatsapp messages to this client is NOT keeping quiet or NOT giving feedback either. They threatened to sue me because the City Council would not allow them to build a pool in the road reserve which crossed their plot, shows how little they know about the By Laws.

We hope to build in Marina Martinque. We would like a house of around sq m. It need to have master bedroom of around 11,5sqm, with a walk in closet of around 5sqm, ensuite bathroom of 4,5 sqm. A second working room (my wife sews and does crafts) that can have a single bed when my grandson visits. An Open living area (Kitchen, dining room and lounge) of around 35sqm. A stoep, (enclosed or not) of around 15 Sqm. A scullery of 5sqm. Attached to the scullery a larger than normal double garage (6X8m). With a second story flatlet of around (6X5,5sqm) and a studio (for video shooting and editing) for me also on the 2nd floor. An ensuite to the flatlet which my studio will use when there arent any guests. The section of the garage (under the studio) needs to park a motor bike and scooter and hang surfboards.
