The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.
I was not happy with him and I would not recommend him to anyone. He does not call a client and give any update/feedback, he just keeps quiet. He must just retire!
This was a very impatient and demanding client - they changed the original brief a few times. 50+ emails and 40+ Whatsapp messages to this client is NOT keeping quiet or NOT giving feedback either. They threatened to sue me because the City Council would not allow them to build a pool in the road reserve which crossed their plot, shows how little they know about the By Laws.

I own a property in Rustenburg, specifically in Waterval East, which I had undertaken to extend. Regrettably, the project encountered significant delays and issues caused by the previous contractor, including errors and omissions. Due to my work commitments in Limpopo, I was compelled to terminate the project prematurely. I am now determined to complete this endeavor by the end of the year and am actively seeking a contractor known for their integrity and expertise. Windows to specifications. Lights and fittings to specifications. No baths for the 4 bathrooms only showers.
KITCHEN: water inlets put in for a washing machine and dishwasher and the electrical plug point for them, kitchen walls painted correctly, curtain rail put up above window. BATHROOM: most crucial is painting**, then - put up a curtain rail above the window, (potentially bathroom redone - new toilet, bath and sink). GENERAL: light bulbs replaced in 3 rooms (2 LED bulbs per room), floors need replacing throughout apartment - tiles - but we would like advice (55 sqm apartment).

Good day, I am working on a building project and wanted to find out how many 1-bedroom units can be built on land approximately 1 .58 square meters big. This includes parking and enough space to avoid clutter. The building can also be 2 stories high. Also, roughly how much would the entire project cost?
