He was friendly and punctual.

He exploited my inexperience and lack of plumbing knowledge and charged me a fortune. He was friendly but very manipulative. He knew what the problem was and how to solve it but claimed to need specialised tools to do the job, which added to the cost. He also claimed that a broken piece of PVC piping was the cause of the sewer being blocked which is very unlikely. The broken piece has a straight, clean “cut” on the one end which seems almost impossible if it had broken off. I believe it was planted there strategically
