The remodel is meant to bring the outdoors indoors, optimising one side of the house for indoor gardening and incorporating a courtyard of sorts. At the same time, airflow and transparency (especially in the roof design) will have to be considered so the house (double-story) doesn't become a sauna. I already know what I want the finished product to look like. I prefer email communication, as due to my line of work, I'm often unable to take personal phone calls.
I presented the offer and was asked that you please present a store layout of what the store at Stoneridge Centre will look like as well as send me photos of other existing stores. It's a new water shop, the size is 47sm, it has to have this as well as a counter, flooring.
I am looking to build a 3 bedroom house. The master bedroom must have an ensuit. It must have a bathroom, kitchen, open plan lounge and dining room, as well as a double garage. I have attached some pictures as an example of the design I am looking for.
I would like either a casual style, a formal and elegant style or a tasteful combination of both. It is a one bedroom apartment with the bedroom/living room/kitchen all in one room. The bathroom is a separate room on its own.

We are remodeling the whole home on the inside and outside. On the outside we want a more Tuscan aesthetic and on the inside we are looking for an open plan style.
We really want someone to bring our ideas to reality. We recently bought a space and completely broke it down and had it redone so we now have a 4 bedroom space. Now we need help with designing, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, literally everything. We have ideas but need help putting it all together. We need someone who can assist with where to put what, how and where to put cupboards. Basically we just need to know what works and what won't.
We want to add rooms, we want to enlarge the kitchen. We also want to extend existing rooms, the passage, and add bathrooms as well. Lastly we would like to add a dining room as well.
