Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.
I had architect draw up plans for addition to my home to make sure its correct at council. Would need help to get plans approved. Only 2 walls have been added from previous plans. I can send that which i have. Please send (or use) email for the communication.
