His work is not finished. I told him and explained with photos what needs to be done. He told me he has used all the money I paid so he does not have money to come and finalize. He is not finished and the wood is broken. I sent him a picture he just said he will fix when he has money. Did not put vanish but washed red outside inside nothing. He uses old arm and rollers that were in old gate. Very heartbroken about my money. I told him he just says he does not have money to finish whereas I paid in full.
