I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. The bathroom currently has a shower installed, I would like to know what it would cost me to have the shower removed and a bath installed instead with shower facility as well.

Currently we have a 2 bedroom home and a small bathroom. All of the rooms are too small. We want to remove the current bathroom completely because it is next to the kitchen and make that space part of the kitchen. We want to use one of the existing rooms to convert it into a bathroom.
