At the moment it's a living room I need advice on whether to have a window in a space or not, as I'm struggling to decide and don't want to regret it later after putting it in that space.

Dear Sir/Madam, We have a land with a total area of sqm, zoned GR1 and parking zoning PT. The land stretches from one street into the next street. We are interested in knowing the maximum number of units that can be constructed on the land. The market demand is for 2 to 3 bedroom townhouses and freeholds with a gross lettable area of approximately 99sqm per unit. We would like to know the maximum number of units that can be constructed on the land, whether it is multiple units such as apartments, multiple townhouses, or just subdividing and building two freeholds/townhouses.
