Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I have a skatch already I just need someone who will understand my plan and transform it to a proper plan

This is a construction of a student accommodation complex with a capacity of beds. We would like a concept design of the complex, preferably one where students can have shared showers, toilets, and kitchens. We would also like the complex to have both sharing and non-sharing rooms. The proportion is to be beds in double rooms and beds in single rooms. In addition to the design, we would also like a comprehensive feasibility study of the complex (additional data to be provided) and a detailed cost breakdown of the full construction of the design. At this point, we simply would like to get a feel for how much these services would cost. Full specifications and expectations on the design shall be discussed at a later stage.
