Choosing between wallpaper and paint is not always easy. Let's look at advantages and disadvantages of both.
I would need a good roof painter to seal our large IBR roof as it requires sealing in some areas like joints and roof screws that has been sealed before not more than 3months ago I need a good roof painter to relook at this to assure all is in order in this regard to protect me as the owner going forward as the insurance company I have requires that maintenance has been done through me to pay a claim if I have leaks going forward etc. House roof area is Square meters covering my entire home. I need weeds removed from both front and back yard in Woodstock. We have stones and astroturf however the weeds are growing under the astro in the back yard and on the corners of the gardens and will need removal. There are quite a lot of weeds but there are no flowers that need to be seen. In the front, it is just a few minor weeds that need to be removed, not as many as back yard. Thanks,

It is a medium sized garden ,which would require pruning , sweeping of leaves / blowing of leaves and lawn mowing . We do not have any garden equipment besides a rake and a leaf blower . Approximately sqm to be painted. Top view is sqm but with the pitch 35 degrees and which makes the paintable area approximately sqm. Also need the gutters, facias and downpipes to be painted. The house is double volume. The roof needs to be cleaned, etched, and painted with 2 coats by means of airless spray.

I have a standard brick wall that is 35m long with normal drive way on the one end (within the 35m). Paint is peeling off in many areas and there is one large crack that needs repair. Both sides of the wall need to be repaired and painted and we would also like the electrical cables to the lights to be repaired / rewired if need be as light trip due to water leaks.
We are having a problem with our neighbors. They are cutting down the trees from our yard and we need advice on landscaping and how we can rearrange the trees and correct the garden to suite everyone's preferences. I would also like to add a turtle pond to the garden for an animal we recently had rescued.
Current garden very overgrown and neglected - back garden is a shade garden with quite a few plants and shrubs that aren’t suitable for shade. Garden needs to be cleaned up and redesigned. The back lawn is very patchy as it doesn’t get much sun - seems to have a few different varieties of grass planted. Lawn needs to be dug up, soil fertilised and suitable shade grass planted. Front garden grass is fine as it is sunny. Plants overgrown which need to be removed and/or cut back and replaced with new suitable plants/ shrubs. Open to suggestions of what design /layout would be suitable so no specific style preference other than it should be water wise and easy to maintain.
We currently have paving which the roots of trees had ruined, and we already removed the trees but not the roots. We want to remove the compelte paved area and add grass. The existing paving is approximately 40-50m2. Then we want to add about a 3mx3m area of paving. We have 3,5 garden beds which we want to ‘finish off’ We also want to add edging to the garden beds.
