This four-step process should help you find the right architect for the job of drawing house plans.
I want to build my own house on a small holding in Pretoria east. I am looking at a farm house effect with a verranda surrounding the house, a double storie house with 3 to 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one must be a on suite bathroom to the main bedroom, living area, lounge and kitchen, study, and extra toilet downstairs. Double garage connected to the house. The design must make it possible to extend the house if needed at a later stage. Please call me at least after 3 pm.

Some alterations have been made to the property over years. I believe the plans have not been updated. I am in the process of selling the property. Need assistance to ensure banks will be satisfied with all aspects when evaluating the property for a loan application and eventually transfer to new owner.
