Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I have the house already so I need the plan so that I can submit to my lawyers for approval
Plans required to be done on CAD software. We already have a hard copy of our plans but the property was developed over 20 years ago. We need to re-do the plans CAD software if possible.

The remodel is meant to bring the outdoors indoors, optimising one side of the house for indoor gardening and incorporating a courtyard of sorts. At the same time, airflow and transparency (especially in the roof design) will have to be considered so the house (double-story) doesn't become a sauna. I already know what I want the finished product to look like. I prefer email communication, as due to my line of work, I'm often unable to take personal phone calls.
