I require a quote (estimated cost) for the installation of burglar bars in three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bars should span the full width of each window (color, white). My bathroom wall has a hole for building plumbing/ maintenance, I would like to close this hole with a door or mechanism that can be opened as needed for plumbing maintenance. The main reason for closing is the odour from the plumbing shaft as well as insects which enter my unit through the shaft hole. The hole is +- 1,7m long and 50cm wide. I would ideally like wood with a waterproof sealant/paint. Please quote
I have old metal gates that my late dad put in years ago. I had palisades put in to heighten the walls, to make the property more secure. Now I need the gates heightened by joining them to a metal base that must be made. I will accept advice on best method and materials to use. I also want to convert these gates from swing gates to folding sliding gates placed onto a metal rail. I attach a rough schematic. I attach pictures taken of the palisade installation. It can be see that the gates need a base to be made to heighten per schematic attached. Please advise.

Please see attached pics, we are wanting to also pop rivet a sheet of rubber against the gate as this gate is in the middle of our son's cricket net, we are busy building and worried about the noise and damage. I need the gate installed, a new gate and if you could do the sheeting then it's a bonus but we can also purchase this and install it ourselves, just want to make sure what ever is quoted that it is possible to do.

Reception room (3 walls and one with double window). Dining room (3 walls and 1 with window). Study room the size of a single garage (3 walls and 1 with window). Ceilings fir all those rooms. Ceiling needs some fixing. I need an estimate quote. Most of the walls are currently Grey and need to paint them cream or a homely color. Need quote to include the cost of the paint.
