This four-step process should help you find the right architect for the job of drawing house plans.

I need a open plan ground floor , with an open plan kitchen, dinning , lounge and down stairs shower and Toilet and a garage with a double door. I need to have high ceilings with an opening above the lounge. The top floor should have a bedroom and full bathroom above the kitchen, on the opposite side the main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walkin wardrobe above the garage an upstairs living area leading to a spacious patio. Recently bought a house and have space on my plot. I want to build students accommodation - 9 bedrooms 15sqm per room with glass shower and bathroom facilities, communal lounge area with open-plan kitchen Require interior design too and if possible the construction of the property.
