Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I have just build a beautiful modern single story in zambezi manor estate the problem is i have build first but those who are building now are building double storyies so am want to add and storey.

Please provide me with a price idea on redraw of an old pencil drawing as existing and then I need a new drawing that will show all the interior alterations that was done. House is approx sq. m. Single Storey with corrigated iron roof. The plan needs to be approved by the Overstrand town council, so, give me an idea on that as well
