I would like to refresh the interior (first phase) and exterior (second phase) of my house. The interior refresh will include painting the bathroom tiles, painting the floor tiles (whole house) and fixing cracks and holes in current tiling. The kitchen cabinets, tiles and walls will also require painting. Finally the interior walls will require repainting. Hopefully this can be done before the holidays. The exterior refresh will include repainting the boundary walls and the house exterior walls including the garage doors. Palisade fence between neighbors will also need to be painted white. 2 Bedroom House that requires wiring. Open plan kitchen to the lounge area, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms and future balcony. DB box installed, however the electricity meter in the bedroom needs to move to the DB Box in the kitchen. I would also need a COC. This is a newly build houseon a square meter plot.
