Need advice, unsure whether to extend the current house or built new construction on a new property.

Using the cheapest building methods I would like to build this "shack". I love modern and interesting buildings. The furnishings inside will be my own old weathered furniture. Would like to have the inside of the bathroom line with corrugated sheets, really cheap but quirky. 1 bedroom, living-dining-kitchen space. With little outdoor covered space. It really can be a box but bathroom and bedroom to be separated and not part of an open space. I really need it to be very modern/ industrial. I love too many styles. Dont want to purchase new furniture. I want it to be a "bachelor pad" for an old bachelor retiring. Also simple to build. I love wood, metal, concrete, the rammed earth method and also straw bales. I am open to anything. based in JHB, has not found a plot yet, looking at starting the project in
