I need an intercom system for the existing front gate to my buisness. I'd like to see guests arrive on a screen at the serving area and there to be a button to press to open the gate. Can be a fully wired or wirless option. Additionally I need a camera on the serving area. Ideally the camera should double up as the alarm system once activated.

A min 2 year warrantee plan on maintenance and Service after installations of electric fence will be required Installation of the electric fence must comply with the installation, material and quality specifications in SANS -3 (including any subsequent amendments) A valid Electric Fence System certificate of compliance (EFC), issued by a registered Electric Fence System Installer (EFSI) must be provided to SAWS upon completion of the installation. Wires will need to be pulled taut at the anchor end (install a self-locking ratchet-style wire tensioner, install a turnbuckle cable tensioner) After everything is attached, recheck the voltage at a point farthest away from the charger/main power source. Supply and install 8-joule energizer with alarm. Each corner of the electrical fence will need to be braced with a supplied corner piece. Supply and install strobe light. Supply and install battery backup and remote-control activation/de-activation. Remove any plants that have grown up along your fence and spray a glyphosate herbicide (like Roundups) to reduce plant growth in the area. Test the fence to ensure its operational after installation.

I'm upgrading my old solar system which is giving problems. Have a 5kw inverter, two pylontech 2.4 kW and 7 corrugated attached panels of which three are utilised for the geser and the rest for appliances. The inverter is will be replaced but the two batteries will be added to the upgrade. The new equipment replacement lm in the process of purchasing will be the Growatt 5 kW ES SPS with WiFi, a Pylontech US 3,5 kwh as a master to the two other old Polytech batteries. I have switched off the existing system system as it needed a new circuit and was no more functioning as before. Breaker and no more functioning well.

Looking for a solar installation on the driveway to use as car ports. Interested primarily in generation for the main house and 3 bachelor flats on property to reduce electricity consumption.
