We have water pooling in our back yard and front yard after heavy rains. The water stays for about 3 days after each rain due to slow drainage, and is about half a meter deep. We are wanting a quote to see how much it would cost to put in a drainage system, or how best to rectify the pooling. The start date would depend on costs, our budget, ect.
I would like to modernize and furnish a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in Sea Point for personal use and potential short-term rental when I am not in Cape Town. Boundary wall busy collapsing. Need to be broken down and rebuild and a build in braai. My wall in the back corner of my home between my neighbours home and mine is busy falling apart. There is a banana bush in the corner of my plot that is now pushing onto the wall and causing the wall to fall apart. This is a bit of an emergency since my neighbour has small kids and if the wall collapses, it could be a big issue.

I need a small single wall built and two bare walls plastered. I need two doors installed. I need the remaining walls cleaned up and skimmed. And then a little bit of patching and fix-up. Once the walls are ready we can discuss future work like painting, tiling, waterproofing and installing a shower, etc.
Please help me. The builders didn't install a plastic (black plastic) in the foundation. The problem now is that the paint and the plastering is peeling off because of moisture. My house is in King Williams town. I need someone to advise whether the foundation will need to be redone or whether there is something else that can be done
