I Have 2 x adjoining room spaces with existing concrete slab roofing Approximately 90sqm in total. When i say slab i mean, this was not done to standard by the looks of it. When it rains it leaks and varies probably between 50 - mm thickness, butt brittle as it can be. Bought this house as is. Concrete is cracking and breaking off and pieces fall down. I would like to replace the concrete roofing with IBR sheeting. Need a new registered with Municipality drawing for the change and also would like to break through one wall which already has plinth supports in (this was a large window previously it seems).
