Conducting Bathroom Renovation Project for a 2.5 bathroom maisonette apartment. Aprtment has 2 upstairs en suite bathrooms and a powder room (toilet and sink) in hallway. Need experienced contractor/plumber to perform all 3 bathroom upgrades (plumbing, fittings tiling). All materials will be provided and no designing is needed. We bought a house, never knew that the flatlet was not on the building plans. So we looking around for someone just to change the garage to the existing flatlet. So needing prices, we got asked R just to change garage to flatlet. Which I feel is really a rip off. I do understand things cost money but not at that price.

I had a corner bath but got someone to take out the bath and make it a shower, but now my wall is rotting all around the shower so I need everything taken out and I need a built in corner bath again. I am also thinking of retiling the whole bathroom, because of the walls rotting around the shower area.
