The site is area is m², however the area to be cleared is m². The site is located in Zihlahleni, that's about 36km away from King William's Town. Ver close to the Moko Sports Complex. Hi we require a quote for a jeffreys bay perimeter wall for a private house please. . Face brick pillars 3 brick base between.. and iron pref not palasade ie wraugh iron between pillars. 2 marching gates which we will automate ourselves. Attached is the plan.It has not been handed in yet as we changed our mind from a solid wall partly due to costs. Perhaps you can quote for the solid face brick wall plan in the picture also. We have a plot on the R 24 behind the Excalibur Castle. The main house is currently standing empty. The garden is not maintained but needs to be cleaned for property viewers/buyers. The fencing around the yard needs to be cleaned for security guards to patrol during shifts. I haven't got pictures of the premises but I can take someone to view and quote.

I have the plans but they are outdated and require revision. This is a new home we are buying and I want to do the renovation in phases. 1st will be to repaint and fix all cracks and damp, repair ceiling, replace cornices and skirting of entire house, possible removal of pillars and resculpting of walls. Next phase will be the kitchen - total remodel. Next will be a walk in closet in the main bedroom. After that the remodel of main bathroom etc.
