good day, am applying for a short for Chicken Franchise and now they are requesting for shop layout with all the necessary fixtures. the shop is about 95 square meter.
We need this plans drawn good (check the attachment). we live in rural area
Modern farmhouse - 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, 1 bedroom ensuite dining room and patio are same “room” but can be part of the house or open up Narrow house so natural light from both sides - lounge and kitchen open plan with the kitchen having a breakfast bar that has a sliding window that opens up onto the “patio” 1 garage and 1 car port
My very 1st project. I would need advice.
A 76sq metre 2 bedroom house and single garage. Flat roof house
4 bedroom modern design house with all beds en-suite. Upstairs - pyjama lounge, 3 beds with a walk-in closet in the main bed. Downstairs - guest bed, study, big kitchen (with island, scullery and preferably a small walk-in pantry), lounge and dining room on open plan extending to the garden and pool for indoor-outdoor living. Domestic quarters and 4 garages (one of the garage/s may be drive through). Modern finishes throughout. There's sqm for the building on an sqm stand.
we would like to build a three flat building in our back yard.
I would like to undertake the following: 1. Lounge - Add a verandah and sliding door, 2. Dining - extend and add folding sliding door, 3. Convert garage into living room by replacing wall facing pool with full sliding door and open plan to outside bed. 4. Add patio covering kitchen dining room and new living area.
Must be 2 bedroom with an open plan. This above is an idea but you can change windows. I need two different classical styles we want to build four of these units
