We want to build a house that is a double story due to space confinement. We would like to possibly have 3 bedrooms with one being a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom (maybe that could be the top bedroom because that will give more space for all of this). The middle, where everyone enters will be the open plan living room with a dining area and tv room. And the bottom (underground) could be the other two bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
