I would like to have an assessment done on my roof and recommendations / quotation given on the repairs needed to be carried out.
Total Roof Area is +- m2 of which only 40m2 is 2nd floor at 45 degree pitch. The rest is flat. I am looking for removal of existing composite fibre roof and replace with AZ 0.53mm profile corrugated colorbond/colourplus roof sheets. +-35 sheets x 3.4m in length. insolation to be installed included.
