Building plan creation and submission. 1. Add new kitchen in a dining area with space for gas stove washing bowl and centre island. 2. Convert exiting kitchen into a pantry, scullery and washroom. 3. Brick up existing kitchen window with glass bricks. 4. Remove existing dining room window and replace with two smaller windows flanking a new Gas Stove. 5. Convert 1 bedroom into a bathroom to create a second ensuite. 6. Remove a wall between Storeroom and TV room to create one space with doors to close when not in use as a cinema room. Create a doorway into maids room from the new cinema room to create a new gym room

Would like to have the outside face lifted, to make it aesthetically pleasing. I am turning the open balcony into an office. And also enclosing the portion of the balcony where the canopy is in the pic. I would like to have that portion (front) to be made aesthetically designed.
Hi - I currently have a cottage which was a previously converted garage that was already added onto. I want to now remodel this. It is along side another small bedroom (domestic quarter) which I want to breakthrough. The space will contain a small living room open planned with a bedroom and then the domestic quarters broken open to become a new bathroom. I would like this drawn up so I can get building / renovation costs.
